摘 要:对陕西某矿区钼原矿进行了工艺矿物学研究和选矿试验研究。矿石中主要回收的金属矿物为辉钼矿,整体嵌布粒度较粗,与其他金属矿物共生较少。结果表明,对含钼0.092%的原矿,一段粗磨使细度达到65%-74μm,采用自主研发的高选择性捕收刘APIV进行二次粗选、一次扫选铜钼混合浮选;钼粗精矿再磨至90%-45μm后,利用水玻璃和硫化钠作为调整剂,经过8次钼铜分离精选,得到合格钼精矿。闭路流程试验可得到品位为48%,回收率为91.04%的钼精矿。Process mineralogy study and mineral processing tests have been carried out for the ore from a molybdenum deposit in Shanxi province.The main metal mineral to be recovered is molybdenite which has a relatively coarse dissemination size and simple association ralation with other metal minerals.The test results show that by grinding the crude ore to the fineness of 65%-74 μm and using self-developed collector APIV for molybdenumcopper bulk flotation with two stages of roughing and one stage of scavenging,a Mo-Cu bulk concentrate can be obtained from the crude ore containing 0.092% Mo.The Mo-Cu bulk concentrate was then reground to the fineness of90%-45μm.Using sodium silicate and sodium sulfide as regulating reagents,a qualified molybdenum concentrate can be obtained after eight stages of Mo-Cu separation and cleaning flotation.The locked-cycle test obtained a molybdenum concentrate containing 48% Mo with a Mo recovery of 91.04%.
