摘　　要：目的探讨献血前乳糜血筛查对降低街头采血中乳糜血(浆)报废率的效果。方法将乳糜血按照外观浊度结合甘油三酯(TG)浓度制作成标准对照图谱,用于采血前乳糜血的初筛,以2015年12月期间乳糜血(浆)报废情况作为对照,分析该方法对降低乳糜血(浆)报废率的效果。结果纳入献血前乳糜血筛查的243例次血液标本中,初筛排除重度乳糜血14例,余229例中19例乳糜血(浆)报废,报废率8.3%(19/229);乳糜血(浆)报废比例较原来(13.7%,272/1 979)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制作乳糜血对照图谱简便可行,能有效降低乳糜血(浆)报废率,避免血液资源浪费,适合街头采血车(屋)进一步研究和推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of Chylemia screening before blood donation in reducing blood （plasma）scrapped of Chylemia in the streets blood donation. Methods According to the appearance of turbidity and concentration of triglyceride （TG）, blood chyle was made as a standard control map and the map was used in blood screening. Taking chyle blood （plasma）scrapped in December 2016 as the control, the effect of method in reduce the chyle blood scrap rate was analyzed. Results Among 243 cases of blood samples, 14 cases of severe chyle blood were screened out, and 19 cases of chyle bloods （plasma）were discarded in the rest of 229 time blood donors, and scrap rate was 8.3% （19/229）;it was significantly lower than the contrl （13.7% ,272/1 979）and the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Making chylemia control map is simple and feasible;it can effectively reduce the scrap rate of chyle plasma （plasma） and avoid the waste of blood resources,which is suitable for blood donation in the streets car （house） further research and extension.
