细节管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析细节管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院消毒供应中心25名护理工作人员为研究对象。细节管理模式实施前后,分别随机抽取150份样本,参照医院消毒卫生标准评价清洗、消毒、灭菌效果;并评价护理人员的护理工作质量。结果细节管理模式实施后,工作人员配制消毒剂的浓度合格率、配制清洗液合格率、清洗消毒时间合格率、物品清洗质量达标率、除锈达标率、护理人员手卫生达标率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。同时,细节管理模式实施后,消毒供应中心护理工作人员的平均护理工作效率评分、消毒灭菌工作规范度评分、物品发放流程规范度评分及护理工作质量持续效果评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心管理中应用细节管理模式能有效提高护理工作管理质量,进而提高消毒供应中心消毒、灭菌效果,提高护理工作效率和质量。Objective To analyze the apphcation effect of detail management model in the management of disinfection supply center. Methods 25 of the nursing staff in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as the research object.150 samples were randomly respectively selected before and after the implementation of detail management model, the effects of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization were evaluated according to Hygienic Standard of Hospital Disinfection;Nursing work quality of nursing staff was evaluated. Results After the implementation of detail management model, the qualified rate of concentration of the disinfectant prepared by the staff, the qualified rate of cleaning fluid prepared by the staff, the qualified rate of the time of cleaning and disinfection, the standard-reaching rate of the cleaning quality of articles, the standard-reaching rate of rust removal and the standard-reaching rate of hand hygiene among the nursing staff were higher than before the implementation （P〈0.05）.Meanwhile, after the implementation of detail management model, the scores of the nursing staff of the disinfection supply center in the nursing efficiency, the standard degree of disinfection and sterilization, the standard degree of the process of issuing of articles, nursing quality continuous efficiency were higher than before the implementation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of detail management model in disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, then improve the effect of disinfection and sterilization, impTove the nursing efficiency and quality.
