摘  要:远海风电场直流汇集方式可避免交流汇集系统中存在的多级升压、大量电抗接入和系统稳定性差等问题,具有投资设备少、汇集系统简单可靠等技术优势。作为风电场直流汇集系统中的核心设备,高变比DC/DC变换器的拓扑研究尤为重要。首先,研究了风电场并联型直流汇集系统的组网架构、系统控制和汇集系统电压选择等问题;其次,从功率、电压变比和隔离等角度对风电场直流汇集用中、高压DC/DC变换器进行了技术需求分析,为DC/DC变换器拓扑设计提供约束条件;然后,在考虑现有器件水平的基础上,提出了适用于风电场直流汇集的移相多重化三电平和模块化多电平DC/DC变换器的电气拓扑及其控制策略;最后,通过仿真验证了所提中、高压DC/DC变换器电气拓扑的可行性,并表明所提DC/DC变换器的控制满足并联型直流汇集系统的控制要求。The DC collection systems of offshore wind farms avoid many problems that the AC collection systems encounter, such as multistage boost, connection of a large number of inductors, and bad stability performance. Besides, the DC collection systems need less equipment investment and are quite simple to design. As one of the key components of DC collection systems, DC/DC converters with high voltage ratio are of great importance. This paper firstly investigated the grid configuration, system control and voltage determination of the medium voltage(MV) collection lines of parallel DC collection systems. Secondly, an analysis of the technological requirement for medium and high voltage DC/DC converters in offshore wind farms was conducted with regard to power, voltage ratio and isolation. Furthermore, on the basis of the existent topology research, the topologies of the multiple phase-shift three level DC/DC converter and the modular multilevel DC/DC(M2DC) converter applicable for wind farms were proposed. Finally, the theoretical feasibility of the proposed topologies was verified by simulations, which shows that the control strategy of the proposed topologies can meet the requirements of the whole DC collection systems.
