摘　　要：H5N6亚型禽流感病毒(avian influenza virus,AIV)是一种重组新亚型流感病毒。人感染该病毒后可引起严重的呼吸系统症状,其病程短、发病急、死亡率高。该文就H5N6亚型AIV的流行病学、遗传进化和毒力分析等进行阐述,旨在了解H5N6亚型禽流感的研究进展,为该病毒的有效监测和防控提供理论基础和相关依据。Avian influenza virus is a new recombinant virus,which can cause severe respiratory symptoms,such as short course,acute disease,and a high mortality rate. The purpose of this paper was to summarize the current status of this virus in terms of its epidemiology,genetic evolution and virulence. By introducing the advancement in the research of this subtype virus,we hope to provide data and evidence,for effective surveillance and prevention of this virus.
