中国科举制度对英国文官制度建立的影响

摘　　要：科举制度是中国古代一项重要的政治制度,直到清朝末年才被废除,在中国历史上存在了上千年的时间,因其有多层次、多科目的考核方式,广泛的选取范围,科学的录取方法,合理的管理方法而长期存在于历朝历代,对中国古代的社会政治产生了重大影响,而且一直传到了西方国家。英国文官制度的建立就受到了中国科举制度的影响,无论是在其考核标准、选取范围,还是录用标准、管理模式上,都体现着中国的科举制度对英国文官制度建立所产生的影响。因此谈到英国文官制度的形成,不能不提及中国的科举制度。Imperial examination system is an important political system in ancient Chi- na. It was not abolished until the late Qing dynasty,and existed in China for thousands of years. Because it has multiple layers and multiple subjects of assessment methods, wide ran- ges of selection, scientific acceptances, reasonable management methods that make it the long-term existence in feudal dynasties. It influenced the political culture of ancient Chinese society greatly. And it was even spread to the western world. The establishment of the British civil service system is influenced by the Chinese imperial examination system in the assessment standards, the selection ranges, and employment standards. Those improve their impact on the establishment of British civil service system. So when it comes to the forma- tion of the British civil service system, we have to mention the imperial examination system of China.
