摘　　要：不动产的数据整合是不动产信息登记的基础,通过分析不动产的数据源特性,整理出了一套适合不动产登记的数据整合方法。针对异构数据的整合采用ETL抽取技术、本体的语义异构技术、数据仓库等技术,对整合后的空间数据编制不动产单元号,有效实现了图形数据和业务数据之间的关联。Real estate data integration is the basis of real estate information registration. This paper analyzes the real estate data source characteristics, a set of suitable methods of real estate registra- tion data integration has been suggested. Combined with the charateristies of ETL extraction technolo- gy, ontology semantic heterogeneous technology, data warehousing and other technologies used in heterogeneous data integration, the estate units were related with graphic data and business data ef- fectivegly.
