摘　　要：在高等教育中,电子商务专业人才培养的模式普遍存在一些问题。学生动手能力差,实践能力弱已经成为制约电子商务专业发展的关键因素。"应用型高等院校"为了能够服务于区域经济发展,迫切需要培养出应用创新型电子商务专业人才。目前,商丘师范学院正处于应用型大学的转型发展之中,针对于当前电子商务专业培养过程中遇到的主要问题,从教学内容、教学计划、教师队伍建设以及加强实训基地建设等方面出发,以能力培养为主线,以实践体系为主体,强化学生校内实验实训、企业实验实训以及假期实习,以期培养出更具有实践性、应用性的高素质电子商务专业人才。In higher education, the talents cultivation model of professional e-commerce generally had some problems. The operational ability and practical ability is poor, that has become the key factor of restricting the development of E-commerce. Application-oriented University cultivates applied and in- novative talents of E-commerce that is an urgent need in order to be able to serve the regional econo- my development. Currently, Shangqiu Normal University is in the process of construction of Applica- tion-oriented universities. In this paper, for the teaching content, teaching plan, teacher team con- stnletion and strengthening the construction of practice base, with ability training as the main line and practical system as the main body,it＇s to explore talents cultivation model of professional E-com- merce,so as to strengthen experiment training of the student, corporate training and vacation train- ing, and cultivate talents of E-commerce that are higher practical and applied for the main problems of the process of talent cultivation of E-commerce.
