摘　　要：结合某汽车厂的实际案例,研究汽车覆盖件成形模量产阶段维修的改进思路,形成系统的维修服务方式,有效延长模具的使用寿命,探讨模具维修服务的具体做法、成效,为汽车覆盖件或其他制件的生产提供参考。Combined with the actual case of an automobile factory, the improvement offorming die malntance on die stage of mass production for automobile cover panel wasstudied. A scientific maintenance service mode was formed, which effectively prolonged theservice life of die. The concrete way and effect of die maintenance service were discussed,which provided reference for producing automobile cover panel or other parts.
