摘  要:通过分析微动开关注射模设计存在的问题,将UG二次开发技术结合案例推理(CBR)开发建立微动开关注射模辅助设计系统,利用UG/Open Menu Script、UG/Open UIStyler实现用户界面及对话框设计,利用UG/Open API和基于VS2010编译软件进行的C/C++编程链接UG8.5实现各个模块功能相互转换,最终实现注射模零件材料智能选择、标准件库调用、非标准常用件三维快速设计、微动开关注射工艺参数分析设计及工艺参数Excel表格生成等功能模块,对微动开关模具设计实现标准化、知识化以及提高设计效率与质量具有积极意义。Through analyzing existing problems that the injection mould design of sensitiveswitch, the UG secondary development technology and case-based-reasoning (CBR) werecombined to construct the mould-aided design system for sensitive switch. The design of us-er interface and the dialog box were realized by using UG/Open MenuScript and UG/OpenUIStyler, and the conversion of each module function was achieved through C/C++ program-ming linking with UG8.5 by using UG/Open API and compiler software based on VS2010.The intelligent selection for materials of injection mould parts, call of standard parts li-brary, 3D rapid design of non-standard parts, analysis and design of process parameter andthe creation function of process parameters Excel form were realized. It had a positive sig-nificance for sensitive switch to achieve mould design standardization and knowledge.
