摘  要:以一种成型橡胶垫圈的型腔板为研究对象,根据橡胶垫圈的对称性,取图形的1/4为研究对象,建立特殊点坐标值和刀具半径值的非线性方程组,使用二分迭代法建立方程组,并求解方程组,得到了刀具半径和特殊点坐标值,完成了橡胶垫圈型腔板数控加工程序的编写,解决由于迭代次数多,人工计算难的问题,为同类零件的数控加工提供参考。Taking the cavity plate for forming rubber washer as research object, a quarterof the graphics was studied according to the symmetry of the rubber washer. The non-lin-ear equations of special points and tool radius were established, and the value of tool radi-us and coordinate of special points were obtained through solving the equations that estab-lished by dichotomy method. Also, the NC program of cavity plate for rubber washer wasfinished, which solved the problem due to much iteration and difficult artificial calculation.It provided reference for numerical control machining of similar parts.
