摘  要:为了提高转向架构架日常检查效率和解决其在复杂环境下的检测问题,该文基于柔性涡流传感器技术,设计了转向架构架无损探伤系统。激励发生器采用高集成度频率合成器AD9850;以S8050三极管为基础优化设计功率放大电路;采用多路复用器对涡流阵列检测信号进行时分多路传输,既简化后续电路又消除各阵列线圈之间的干扰;采用OP07对微弱检测信号进行前置放大;最后经计算机判断该检测信号是否存在裂纹。模拟实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,能够实现转向架构架拐角处裂纹无损探伤。To improve the efficiency of the bogie frame routine inspection and solve its detect problems in a complex environment,the bogie frame nondestructive testing (NDT)system was designed base on flexible eddy current sensor technology. We use a highly integrated frequency synthesizer AD9850 as an incentive generator. The power amplifier circuit was designed base on $8050. In order to simplify the follow-up circuit and eliminate interference between each array coils,using multiplexer to time division transport the eddy current array detector signal,using OP07 to preamplifier the weak detection signal. Finally,the computer estimating the signal whether presence of cracks. Experi- ment results show that the bogie frame NDT system is stable and reliable,able to effectively detect the presence or absence of cracks at the corner of the frame.
