静脉穿刺辅助装置在肥胖患者静脉输液中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自行研制静脉穿刺辅助装置在门诊输液室肥胖输液患者手背静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月~2016年4月在空军总医院门诊输液室的550名肥胖输液患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组(静脉穿刺辅助装置应用组,275例)和对照组(非装置组,275例)。比较两组患者的一次性穿刺成功率、建立单个静脉通路时间、疼痛发生率。结果实验组一次性穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组建立单个静脉通路时间明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组静脉穿刺疼痛发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉穿刺辅助装置能够在显示屏上实时动态显示静脉走形,有助于护士快速找寻适合穿刺的静脉,有效提高穿刺成功率,降低肥胖患者疼痛程度,缩短建立静脉通路时间,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of self-developed venous puncture auxmary uevlce patients with infusion of the back of the hand vein puncture. Methods From October 2015 to April 2016, 550 obese patients with infusion in Air Force General Hospital were divided into experiment group （intravenous puncture auxiliary device application group, 275 cases） and control group （non device group, 275 eases） according to the random number table. The disposable puncture success rate, the time of establishing venous pathway and pain incidence in two groups were compared. Results The disposable puncture success rate in experiment group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The time of establishing venous pathway in experiment group was shorter than that in control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The venipuncture pain occur- rence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The venipuncture auxiliary device can dynamically display of intravenous shape on the screen in re- al time, which can help nurses quickly find suitable puncture vein, improve the puncture success rate, reduce the pain degree of obese patients, and shorten the time of establishing venous pathway. So it is worthy of clinical application.
