寰齿关节退行性变在CT矢状位重组图像中的表现

摘　　要：目的观察寰枢关节退行性变及其随年龄的增长的CT表现。方法对219例有阳性临床症状病患的寰枢关节进行CT扫描、重组,按年龄分组对该关节的退行性改变进行统计学分析。结果寰枢关节退行性变具有出现早,普遍性,时序性的特点。结论寰枢关节退行性变的CT表现反应了其病理过程,为临床治疗提供宝贵信息。Objective To observe the CT findings of aflantoaxial joint degeneration and its growth with age. Methods Data of 219 patients with positive clinical symptoms of aflantoaxial joint for CT scan were acquired, then, we reformed the image by several age groups and statistical analysis. Results The degeneration of atlantoaxial joint has the early, universal and sequential characteristics. Conclusion CT manifestations of atlantoaxial joint degenerative changes reflect its pathological process and pro- vide valuable information for clinical treatment.
