摘  要:目的先天性心脏畸形是胎儿最常见的发育畸形,发生率高,预后差,妊娠期尽早发现胎儿心脏畸形,可降低畸形胎儿出生率,减少围产期胎儿死亡率,对优生优育、提高人口素质有重要意义。目前二维超声心动图是临床胎儿心脏检查常用且有效的手段,但由于胎儿心脏体积小、搏动快、结构复杂及二维超声平面信息量有限等因素的限制,很多复杂先心病在产前仍然无法检出。STIC是近几年发展起来的一项专用于胎儿心脏的动态三维超声成像技术,可以实时地显示心脏运动过程,使胎儿心脏空间结构的显示有了很大改善,目前正在被临床逐步推广。STIC的出现为胎儿心脏畸形的产前检出提供了新视角,本文就近年来STIC技术在胎儿心脏畸形中的应用研究展开综述。Congenital heart malformation is a common development malformation for new born, which has high occurrence rate and bad prognosis. Earlier finding of heart malformation during gestation period can lower the birth rate of new born with such dis- ease and decrease the death rate of new born within perinatal period, which have significant importance for sound child rearing and improving population quality. Currently, the two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram is a common and effective way for hear chec- king of new born. However, because of small size, fast pulse, complex structure of new born' s heart, the limited graphic infor- mation of two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram and other limitations, there still are many complex heart disease that cannot be in- spected before born. STIC, a specialized newly-developed dynamic three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging technique, can display the movement process of heart at real time, which greatly improves the display for new born' s heart, and is being promoted gradu- ally. The emerging of STIC provides new perspective for the antenatal inspection for heart malformation of new born. This thesis summarizes the recent application research on STIC technique of new born' s heart malformation.
