摘　　要：为找到降低故障率的预防性措施和维修策略,将大型设备故障的原因总结分类,通过建立医疗设备的使用培训、维修管理和维护保养制度,制订不同的维修策略,并提出确保大型设备安全有效运行的几点建议。按照科学的维修管理,合理的维修策略,有效将医疗设备非正常损坏的概率由25%降低至5%以下。大型医疗设备故障有规律可循,正确分析原因,落实设备管理制度,可以有效降低设备故障率。Perform the error analysis of the medical equipment in order to find out the preventive measure of reducing the fault rate and the service methods. To classify the failure causes of the large scale medical equipment and establish the institutions of the application training, service and maintenance management so as to make difference service strategies. And propose several suggests for the safety and efficiency of the large scale medical equipments. The failure rate and improper damage of the medical equipment can be reduced from 25% to 5%. The fault of the large-scale medical equipment has certain regularity. Analysis correctly and conforming the rules can reduce the failure role and failure lime effectively then ensure the safety of the medical equipment.
