重庆市涪陵区儿童流行性腮腺炎抗体监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市涪陵区儿童流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)抗体水平,为制定腮腺炎防控措施提供参考。方法按地理位置,从5个不同方位监测点,分2~岁、6~岁和11~15岁3个年龄段,采取整群随机抽样法抽取2~15岁儿童全血3 230份,采用酶联免疫法检测腮腺炎病毒IgG抗体进行分析。结果重庆市涪陵区2~15岁儿童腮腺炎抗体阳性率为87.96%,不同监测点(χ2=111.156,P=0.000)、城区和乡镇间(χ2=11.929,P=0.001)腮腺炎抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义,不同年龄组(χ2=2.391,P=0.303)、不同性别间(χ2=1.765,P=0.184)腮腺炎抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论重庆市涪陵区2~15岁儿童腮腺炎抗体阳性率总体保持在较高水平,但不同方位各监测点间、城区与乡镇间腮腺炎抗体阳性率仍然存在一定差距。应加强该区免疫水平较薄弱区域儿童腮腺炎的预防控制。Objective To investigate mumps antibody level of children in Fuling district of Chongqing and provide reference for devising measures of mumps prevention and control. Methods According to the geographical loca- tions, a total of 3 230 whole blood samples of children aged between 2 and 15 were drawn randomly by cluster sampling method from five surveillance sites and divided by age into three groups： 2 -years old, 6 -years old and 11 -15 years old, and the mumps antibody levels were assayed by ELISA. Results The mumps antibody positive rate of children aged 2 - 15 years old was 87.96% , differences of mumps antibody positive rates be- tween different monitoring places （X^2 = 111. 156, P = 0. 000） and between urban areas and townships （X^2 = 11. 929, P = 0. 001 ） were statistically significant. No statistically significant difference was found in mumps an- tibody positive rates between different age groups （X^2 = 2. 391, P = 0. 303 ） or between different genders （X^2=1. 765, P =0. 184）. Conclusion The mumps antibody positive rate of children aged 2 - 15 years old in Fuling district of Chongqing generally remains at a high level, but there are certain differences in antibody positive rates between different surveillance sites and between urban ar- eas and townships. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance mumps prevention and control in children in areas with low immunity levels.
