2015年攀枝花市中小学教学环境卫生学监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解攀枝花市中小学教学环境卫生学现状。方法对辖区67所中小学校教学环境按照学校卫生标准开展监测,监测指标计算合格率并进行中小学校之间,城乡学校之间的比较。结果学校卫生学状况总合格率为64.2%,城市高于农村(χ2=8.801,P<0.05),城市小学标化平均分67.9±11.8高于乡村小学58.6±11.0,具有统计学意义(t=2.427,P<0.05);城市中学标化平均分(65.5±11.1)与乡村中学(61.0±14.1)差异无统计学意义(t=0.995,P>0.05);课桌椅分配符合率43.3%,城市高于农村(χ2=14.483,P=0.000);教室采光合格率为64.2%,教室照明合格率为79.1%,室温和CO2含量合格率均为100%;室内噪声总得分合格率为55.2%;结论攀枝花市中小学教学环境存在着较严重的问题,应引起教育、卫生等相关部门的重视。Objective To learn the hygienic status of teaching environments in primary and secondary schools in Panzhihua City. Methods The teaching environments in 67 primary and secondary schools were investigated and the qualified rates of monitored indica- tors of teaching environment hygiene were computed and compared. Results 64. 2% of the schools were quali- fied, the qualified rate of schools in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas （X^2 =8. 801, P 〈0. 05） ; the standardized average score of primary schools was 67.9 ± 11.0 in urban areas and 58.6±11.0 in rural are- as, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 2. 726, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the score of secondary schools was 65.5 -± 11.1 in urban areas and 61.0 ± 14. 1 in rural areas, and no statistically significant difference was found between them （ t = 0. 995, P 〉 0. 05 ）. The coincidence rate of desk - chair setting was 43.3%, which was higher in urban areas than in rural areas （X^2 = 14. 483, P 〈0. 05） ; the qualified rates of classroom lighting, classroom illumination, classroom temperature and CO2 content and indoor noise were 64. 2%, 79. 1%, 100% and 55.2%, respectively. Conclusion There are many environmental quality problems in primary and second- ary schools in Panzhihua City and attention of education and health departments is needed.
