摘　　要：美国军事犯罪由《统一军事司法法典》第十章加以规定,包括第77条至第134条的内容。根据犯罪罪名和构成要件的不同,美国军事犯罪分为普通法上的犯罪、军职犯罪和非特定犯罪三大类。美国军事犯罪作为军事法的重要内容之一,通过对美军人员违法犯罪行为的法律规制和司法惩处,有效维护了严格的军事纪律和秩序,并最终服从服务于美国国家安全利益。The military crimes is stipulated in the Chapter 10 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in America, and includes the content from Article 77 to Article 134. According to the criminal charges and the crime constitutive requirements, military crimes is divided into three kinds, the common law crime, the pure military crime and the general crime. As one of the important content in military law, military crime preserves strict military discipline and order effectively, and ultimately submits and serves national interest in American, which through legal regulation and judicial punishment on the criminal behaviors of the US military individuals.
