摘　　要：兰科(Orchidaceae)在被子植物中进化程度较高,药用、观赏、研究及利用价值极高,同时也是极易成为珍稀濒危种的一类植物,需特别关注和保护。本文报道了秦岭北坡野牛沟植被群落调查过程中发现的大花斑叶兰(Goodyera biflora(Lindl.)Hook.f.),经文献查阅与标本鉴定,该种为秦岭北麓兰科植物分布新纪录。Orchidaceae plants have a high level of evolution and high value in medicine ornamentation, research and application. Orchidaceae plants, however, are apt to become rare and endangered spe-cies. This paper reported the distribution of Goodyera biflora （Lindl.） Hook. f. discovered in Buffalo valley of Qinling on the process of vegetation community investigation According to literature investi- gation, this species is a new distribution in Qinling district.
