摘 要:土石坝工程建设中,一般需要在防渗墙、廊道等混凝土结构与心墙结合处设置一定范围的高塑性黏土,但是直接从自然界中获取符合工程建设要求的高塑性黏土存在一定的困难,因而提出在普通黏土中掺和蒙脱石粉人工配制高塑性黏土,研究了蒙脱石粉掺和量对黏土工程特性的影响,对比了不同掺和量的黏土液塑限、三轴试验成果,表明当蒙脱石粉掺和量为25%时,配制成的高塑性黏土符合规范要求的颗粒含量、液限及塑性指数要求,此为最经济的掺和量比,研究成果可为相关工程参考。Commonly,high plasticity clay in a certain range is commonly used in the junction between corridor wall,concrete structure with core wall in the dam engineering construction. However,high plasticity clay fitting for the construction requirements is difficult to obtain directly from the nature,the method that mixing montmorillonite powder with clay to configure the high plasticity clay manually comes to be put forward. The paper studied the influence of montmorillonite powder contents on the properties of clay engineering and compared liquid limit,plastic limit and triaxial test results of the clay mixed with different amount montmorillonite. The results show that when the montmorillonite powder admixture content is 25%,the particle content,liquid limit and plasticity index of high plasticity clay configured fits to the specifications requirements. It is the most economic quantity of admixture content ratio and the results will be references for related engineering.
