摘  要:[目的]建立测定大果木姜子中总黄酮、总糖、还原糖、多糖含量的方法。[方法]以芦丁和葡萄糖为对照品,采用紫外分光光度计测定大果木姜子中总黄酮、总糖、还原糖、多糖的含量并进行方法学考察。[结果]大果木姜子中总黄酮含量为(8.02±0.19)mg/g,总糖含量为(35.26±0.96)%,还原糖含量为(4.78±0.95)%,多糖含量为(30.53±0.69)%。[结论]该方法快速、简便、准确,可以用于大果木姜子中总黄酮、总糖、还原糖、多糖的含量测定。[ Objective ] To establish the method for determination of total flavonoids, total sugar, reducing sugar, and polysaecharide in Cinnamomum migao. [ Method ] Using rutin and glucose as control products, the contents of total flavonoids, total sugar, reducing sugar and polysaccharide in C. migao were detected by UV spectrophotometer, and experiments were conducted to investigate whether the method is feasible. [Result] The contents of total flavonoids, total sugar, reducing sugar, polysaceharide in C. migao were (8.02±0. 19 )mg/g, (35.26 ±0. 96) % , (4.78 ± 0.95 ) % , ( 30.53 ±0. 69 ) % , respectively. [ Conclusion ] The method is rapid, simple, accurate, which is able to accomplish the content determination of total flavonoids, total sugar, reducing sugar, polysaccharide in C. migao.
