摘  要:研究了不同热处理方式下激光沉积修复GH4169合金试样的显微硬度分布变化特点以及拉伸断口形貌特征与变化情况。结果表明:沉积态试样修复区内的硬度平均值为297 HV0.1,热影响区的硬度值为260 HV0.1,均明显低于硬度值为460 HV0.1的基体。热处理后,修复区与热影响区硬度均明显提高,接近于基体硬度。相比于沉积态试样,局部热处理试样平均硬度增加了159 HV0.1,增加53.5%;真空热处理试样平均硬度增加了168 HV0.1,增加56.6%,略高于局部热处理。沉积态与热处理试样拉伸断口均为典型的韧性穿晶断裂,两种热处理方式下拉伸断口的韧窝尺寸变化不大。试验表明局部热处理和真空热处理都可达到提高拉伸性能的目的。The distribution and variation of microhardness and the characteristic and variation of tensile fracture morphology of laser deposition repair GH4169 alloy with different heat treatment methods were investigated. The results show that the average microhardness of repaired zone in deposited sample is 297 HV0.1 , the microhardness of heat-affected zone is 260 HV0. 1 , which are obviously lower than that of the substrate which is 460 HV0. 1. After local heat treatment and vacuum heat treatment, the microhardness of the repaired zone and heat-affected zone improves obviously, near equal to the microhardness of the substrate. In contrast to the deposited sample, the average microhardness of the local heat treatment sample increases by 159 HV0. 1, the average microhardness of the vacuum heat treatment sample increases by 168 HV0.1, increases slightly more than that of local heat treatment. The tensile fracture of both deposited sample and heat treatment sample is the typical transerystalline rupture, the dimple size of tensile fracture with two kinds of heat treatment methods varies slightly. It indicates that both local heat treatment and vacuum heat treatment all can achieve the aim of improving tensile property.
