摘  要:目的应用血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)探究不同流产次数的复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)患者凝血功能的变化趋势。方法选择2014年10月至2015年8月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院产科门诊就诊的101例RSA患者作为研究对象,依据流产次数将研究对象分为流产2次组52例,流产3次组27例,流产≥4次组22例,探究不同流产次数对3组患者TEG的影响。结果最大振幅(maximum amplitude,MA)值流产≥4次组为(63.927±3.2504)mm,与流产2次组[(61.673±3.7366)mm]、流产3次组[(61.574±3.0611)mm]相比明显升高(P<0.05)。结论RSA患者凝血功能与流产次数具有相关性。多次RSA经历(流产次数≥4次)可使TEG的参数MA明显增加,其凝血功能异常以血小板聚集功能增强为主要表现。Objective To explore the change of the thrombelastography (TEG) in patients of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) in different times. Methods 101 cases of patients with RSA in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical Vniversity from October 2014 to August 2015 were selected, in which 52 cases were with twice abortions, 27 cases were with three times abortions and 22 cases were with greater than or equal to four times abotions, to compare TEG changes between patients of the three groups. Results Maximum amplitude (MA) values of patients with greater than or equal to four times abortions were ( 63. 927± 3. 2504) mm, which were significantly increased than patients with twice abortions (61. 673 ± 3. 7366) mm and patients with three times abortions (61. 574 ± 3.0611 )mm( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Coagulation function of RSA patients is associated with times of abortions. Multiple RSA ( greater than or equal to four times abortions) can make MA value increase significantly. The main performance of coagulation function abnormality is platelet aggregation function enhancement.
