腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚手术16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年1月川北医学院附属医院收治的腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术治疗16例患者的临床资料。结果 16例手术全部成功,无1例中转开腹,无术中术后并发症发生,手术时间28~83 min,平均46 min。术后住院2~4 d,平均3.5 d。结论腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术是安全可行的。Objective To study the clinical value and surgical procedure of laparoscopic cornuostomy for interstitial pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 16 patients of interstitial pregnancy treated by laparoscopic cornuostomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 16 patients were operated successfully, without conversions to laparotomy and intraoperative or postoperative complications. The operation time was 28 - 83 min （ mean, 46 min）, and the length of stay in hospital postoperation was 2 -4 d （mean, 3.5 d）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cornuostomy for interstitial pregnancy is safe and feasible.
