摘  要:针对大规模风电场输出功率随机波动且无功设备种类繁杂的典型特征引起的无功电压问题,建立了概率无功优化调度模型,并提出利用无迹变换和自适应聚焦粒子群算法的求解方法。模型中,利用基于无迹变换的概率潮流算法处理风电场及负荷功率的不确定性影响,并将动态无功设备投入容量计入目标函数,以考虑全网中静态无功设备和风电场处动态无功设备的协调调度。仿真测试结果表明,所提方法可以协调调度多种无功设备,且与蒙特卡洛模拟方法及传统无功优化调度方法相比,所提方法既可有效处理不确定功率变量的影响,又可广泛适应不同风电输出状态下的调度方案。Random fluctuation of power output and multiple reactive power devices are typical characteristics of large-scale wind farm. In allusion to reactive power and voltage issue it causes, probabilistic optimal reactive power dispatch model is built and a solving method using unscented transformation and adaptive focus particle swarm optimization is proposed. In the model, power uncertainty of wind farm and load are solved with unscented transformation based probabilistic power flow, and switched capacity of dynamic reactive power device is added into objective function to coordinate dispatch of static and dynamic reactive power devices. Simulation result confirms that the model proposed can dispatch multiple reactive power devices in coordination. In comparison with Monte Carlo simulation method and traditional optimal reactive power dispatch method, the solution proposed in this paper is not only efficient in handling influences of uncertain power variables, but also adaptable to schemes for different wind power output states.
