区域性医院药品监管体系的研究与思考

摘　　要：目的研究基于信息化平台的区域性医院药品监管体系,打破医院间信息孤岛,形成整体信息共享,促进医药资源优化。方法成立专门的监管部门,加强各级管理部门信息化建设的顶层设计,加快医药信息标准化,形成政府、行业、患者三位一体的对医院的监管体系网络。结果建立了区域性医院药品监管体系的理论基础,为实现医药资源共享及合理用药监管提供了新模式。结论区域性医院药品监管体系的建立有利于促进医疗质量建设,降低区域内医疗资源不合理使用、将有限的资源合理服务于广大人民群众。Objective To research regional hospital drug regulatory system based on information platform,break information islands among hospitals,form the whole information sharing and facilitate medical resources optimization.Methods The specialized supervision departments were established for strengthening top-level design of information construction in administrative departments and accelerating the standardization of medical information.The trinity administration system of hospital was formed by government,hospital and patients.Results Theoretical basis of drug regulatory system of regional hospital was established,and it provided a new mode for achieving medical resources sharing and controlling of rational use of drug.Conclusion The establishment of drug regulatory system in regional hospitals can promote the hospital quality construction,reduce unreasonable using of medical resources,and serve people with limited resources reasonablely.
