摘　　要：介绍中金公司的对置式多喷嘴水煤浆加压气化工艺主要工艺流程,讨论了装置在最初设计上的优化、创新及存在的不足,提出了相应的改造计划。针对装置运行期间出现的一些重大问题,进行了详细的说明,并逐个实施技改及新的工艺操作要求,取得良好的效果。This paper introduces the main flow of opposed multi-nozzle coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process in Zhongjin company. Then optimization, innovation and disadvantages of the initial design are discussed, corresponding retrofit plans are put forward as well. In view of some big problems during operation, the detailed description is illustrated. Technical retrofits following new process operation requirements are implemented one by one, and good results are achieved.
