摘 要:采用改进型复合左右手传输线(CRLHTLs)设计了1款宽频带微带带通滤波器(BPF)。相比于传统的CRLHTLs,本文提出的改进型CRLHTLs具有全平面结构,易于加工和减小加工精度引起的误差。为便于左右手特性的设计与分析,文章建立了改进型CRLHTLs单元的LC等效电路模型。最后,采用EM软件对设计的宽频带滤波器进行仿真分析,得到滤波器的绝对带宽为1.41GHz(频段范围:1.91-3.32GHz),并通过传播系数研究了滤波器的左右手特性。In this paper, a broadband microstrip bandpass filter based on the modified composite right/left-handed transmission lines (CRLH TLs) . Compared to the conventional CRTH TLs, the modified unit owns the plane structure, which leads to a easier fabrication and lower fabricated error. Then, an equivalent LC circuit model of the unit is established to analysis the characteristics of proposed CRLH TLs. Finally, EM software is adopted to simulate the designed filter. The simulated results show that the absolute bandwidth of the filter achieves to 1.41 GHz (form 1.91 GHz to 3.32 GHz) , In addition, right/left-handed features of the filter are studied by the propagation constant.
