摘　　要：朝鲜战争是对联合国集体安全制度一次重要的检验。在朝鲜战争中联合国集体安全制度在形式上羁束了武力使用,有限地抑制了作战行为,并部分地凝聚了和平因素,对于维护国际和平与安全发挥了一定作用。但作用也十分有限,在这场战争中,其既未能阻却武力滥用,也未能履行好对联合国军的指挥之责,还没能保持客观中立和彻底解决争端。这折射出其制度上固有缺陷:情势断定的依据不够明确,安理会决策程序不够合理,安理会决议执行缺乏保障,战后法律规制的制度缺失。For collective security system of the United Nations,Korean War is an imprtant test. In the war,owing to the collective security system,the using of force is restrained in form so that the operation is inhibited partly as well as the factor of peace is cohered. Although the collective security system has positive effect on maintaining international peace and security,it is still limited. For example,it can't prevent the abusing of force thoroughly.The UN failed to meet good command responsibility of United Nations Command,and didn't remain neutrally form beginning to the end,too. From which we can see the defect of the collective security system of the United Nations:the decision- making process of the Security Council not reasonable enough and implementation of resolution lack of guarantee.
