摘  要:采用S3C2440嵌入式微处理器,设计了一种由光电探测模块、信号调理模块、高速AD转换模块和时频谱分析波形显示模块组成的具有LED光源频闪检测功能的手持LED光源频闪检测仪。采用LabView开发了基于WINCE操作系统的时频谱分析模块,实现了波形数据分析与保存等功能,同时建立了系统的频闪参数模型,通过对频闪百分比和频闪指数等参数的计算来表征光源频闪波形的特征,并分析引起光源频闪的因素。实验结果表明,所设计的手持LED光源频闪检测仪检测范围可达到50Hz^20 MHz,检测精度为一级(±3%)。完全满足检测LED光源频闪的需要。A LED light blinking detection designer was completed with the function of stroboscopic detector.It consisted of the photoelectric detection module,the signal conditioning module,the high-speed AD conversion module and the time-frequency spectrum analysis of waveform display module.In order to achieve the function waveform data analysis and preservation,etc.,the LabView was employed to develop the time-frequency spectrum analysis module based on the WINCE operating system.The stroboscopic parameter model was established simultaneously,through the calculation of percentage of stroboscopic and stroboscopic index parameters to characterize the light stroboscopic waveform and analysis the causes of the light blinking.The experimental result shows that the detection range of the portable LED light stroboscopic detector can be up to 50Hz~20MHz,precision for level 1(plus or minus 3%),which could fully meet the needs of stroboscopic light speed detection.
