摘  要:本试验旨在研究复合益生菌对肉鸡生产性能、屠体性能及养分表观利用率的影响。试验选取300只1日龄的AA肉鸡商品代雏鸡,采用单因子随机分组试验设计将其分为5个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。其中,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,正常饮水;Ⅱ组为抗生素组,饲喂基础饲粮,在饮水中添加恩诺沙星和硫酸黏菌素;Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮,在饮水中添加5×105 cfu/m L海洋红酵母BSH、1×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌和1×106 cfu/g乳酸菌;Ⅳ组饲喂基础饲粮,在饮水中添加1×106 cfu/m L海洋红酵母BSH、2×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌和2×106 cfu/g乳酸菌;Ⅴ组饲喂基础饲粮,在饮水中添加1.5×106 cfu/m L海洋红酵母BSH、3×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌和3×106 cfu/g乳酸菌。试验期为42 d。结果表明:与Ⅰ组相比,添加不同浓度的复合益生菌,肉鸡1~21 d和22~42 d的日增重和日采食量均显著增加(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组基本保持一致;与Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组相比,42 d的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率有一定程度改善(P>0.05),腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,21 d和42 d能量、干物质、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的养分表观利用率显著提高(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组基本保持一致(P>0.05)。结果提示,添加不同浓度的复合益生菌能够提高肉鸡的生产性能、屠体性能和养分表观利用率,在规模化肉鸡饲养中用复合益生菌部分替代饲用抗生素是可行的,其中以浓度为1.5×106cfu/m L海洋红酵母BSH、3×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌和3×106 cfu/g乳酸菌的复合益生菌的效果最好。This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of multi-strain probiotics on growth performance,carcass traits and apparent nutrient digestibility of broilers.A total of 300 AA broilers(1 day of age)were randomly assigned(3pens/diet;20 broilers/pen)to 5 dietary treatments consisting of a basal diet(negative control),the basal diet supplemented with antibiotics(Enrofloxacin and Colistin sulfate),the basal diet supplemented with multi-strain probiotics(5×105cfu/m L Marine Rhodotorula BSH,1×107cfu/g Bacillus subtilis and 1×106cfu/g Lactic acid bacteria),the basal diet supplemented with multi-strain probiotics(1×106cfu/m L Marine Rhodotorula BSH,2×107cfu/g Bacillus subtilis and 2×106cfu/g Lactic acid bacteria)or the basal diet supplemented with multi-strain probiotics(1.5×106cfu/m L Marine Rhodotorula BSH,3×107cfu/g Bacillus subtilis and 3×106cfu/g Lactic acid bacteria).The trial lasted for 42 days.The result showed that:Significant increasing was observed in ADG and ADFI between multi-strain probiotics treatments and the control group(P〈0.05),which were similar to antibiotics group(P〈0.05).Slaughter rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of 1 ~ 21 d and22 ~ 42 d were increased,but there were no significant differences among the multi-strain probiotics-supplemented groups,control group and antibiotics group(P〈0.05),abdominal fat rate was significantly reduced at 42 d(P〈0.05);Compared with the control group,the apparent nutrient digestibility of energy,DM,CP and EE at 21 d and 42 d were significantly increased when the broilers were fed with multi-strain probiotics(P〈0.05),there was no difference between multi-strain probiotics groups and antibiotics group(P〈0.05).In conclusion,the edmulti-strain probiotics can significant effect the growth performance,carcass traits and apparent nutrient digestibility.It is feasible that broiler fed multi-strain probiotics can partly replacing antibiotics in the scale of feeding.When the broilers were fe
