摘　　要：冯梦龙编纂"三言"的初衷是"导愚"与"适俗",为此"三言"的故事经过了双重筛选,蕴含了丰富的法律信息,具有重构民间社会秩序的积极作用。冯梦龙始终关注诉讼带来的社会问题,主张"省其谳牍、使其无讼"。在"三言"中,"无讼"不但是必须的,也是可行的。冯梦龙借"三言"构筑"无讼"梦,虽不失积极意义,也是一个尴尬的悖论,但这并不影响"三言"及其"无讼"梦具有以古鉴今的价值。FENG meng-long compiled ＂Three Words＂ is to ＂guide the fool＂ and ＂follow the customs＂, MSanyan,f for this story by a double screening,contains a wealth of legal information,remodel the positive role of civil order.Feng has always been concerned about the social problem brought by litigation and advocating tonalleviate the burden of reading cases by making it no lawsuit＂.In nSanyan＂,,,no litigation＇1 is not only necessary,it is also possible.FENG meng-long can resort to ＂Sanyan” to build nno litigation” as a dream.Though positive,it is an awkward paradox,there is still some values when referring to ＂Sanyan＂ and ＂No Litigation＇1 dream.
