近含水体工作面综放开采安全煤岩柱留设及安全回采厚度确定

摘　　要：针对协鑫煤矿1708^(-1)工作面近含水体(上覆砂砾岩含水层与边界浸入体含水层)安全开采的问题,通过1703^(-1)现场实测与理论分析确定了1708^(-1)工作面开采的垮采比和裂采比,并根据安全煤(岩)柱的留设要求及基岩厚度,计算得出工作面的安全回采厚度。结果表明:1708^(-1)工作面覆岩破坏垮采比的预计值为5.61,裂采比为12.21;考虑边界含水浸入体的补给,工作面的安全回采厚度为:"底砾区"(Ⅰ区)距第一开切眼100m和100~240m范围内安全采放厚度分别为3m和6.71m;工作面中部"底黏区"(Ⅱ区)240~530m范围内安全采放厚度为9.51m,530~730m范围内为危险区域,需通过注浆改造等措施实现安全开采,采放厚度为2.7m,730~1222m范围内可通过限厚开采实现安全开采,限厚采放厚度为4.16m;停采线附近"底砾区"(Ⅲ区)1222~1528m范围内不予开采。To safety mining problems of 1708^-1 working face that close to aquifer （ glutenite aquifer and intrude body aquifer） of Xiexin coal mine, caving-production ratio and fracture-production ratio of 1708^- 1 working face were determined by field measurement and theory analysis of 1703 ^-1 , then safety mining thickness was calculated by safety coal and rock set demand and basement thickness. The results showed that the predicted value of caving-production ratio of 1708^-1 working face was 5. 61 , fracture-production was 12. 21 , based on water recharge of boundary, the safety mining thickness of ‘bottom conglomerate zone’ （ I zone） were 3 m and 6. 71m, respectively, which the distance to the first open-off cut were 100 m and 100-240m, re-spectively. The safety mining thickness of middle part of working face ‘ bottom sticky zone ’ （ Ⅱ zone） was 9. 51m, which the distance to the first open-off cut were 240 -530m, and the area that 530 ？730m was dangerous zone, safety mining could be realized by grouting and so on , mining-caving thickness was 2. 7m, and the safety mining of 730 -1222m could be realized by finite thickness, the thickness was 4. 16m, the ‘ bottom conglomerate zone’ （ Ⅲ zone） 1222 -1528m would not be mined.
