摘　　要：[目的]全面了解西安市老年人生活质量状况,并对其影响因素进行分析。[方法]应用自行设计的"陕西省老年人群健康风险因素调查问卷",采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取西安市6个行政区的11个社区共1 459名老年人进行面对面访谈式调查。[结果]西安市老年人的生活质量整体良好(65.3%),单因素及多因素分析显示是否锻炼、有无跌倒、有无慢性病是影响老年人生活质量各维度的重要因素。[结论]西安市老年人整体生活质量良好,是否锻炼、有无跌倒、有无慢性病是影响老年人生活质量的主要因素。Objective：To know about the quality of life of the elderly in Xi＇an city comprehensively, and to ana-lyze its influencing factors. Methods： A self - designed questionnaire of health risk factors for the elderly popula-tion in Shaanxi Province was used to conduct a face - to - face interview on 1 459 eldcommunities in 6 administrative districts of Xi＇an city. Results：The overall quality of life of the elderly in Xi＇n city was good （65. 3%）. Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that exercise, falls, and chronic disease were the important factors influencing the quality of life of the elderly. Conclusions ： The overall quality of life of the elderly in Xi＇an city was good. Whether exercise or not,with or without falls,with ses were the main factors influencing the quality of life of the elderly.
