摘　　要：[目的]系统评价心理干预对宫颈癌病人焦虑、抑郁症状的影响。[方法]采用系统检索ISI Web of knowledge,EBSCO,中国知网、万方、维普数据库,提取符合纳入标准文献的Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的均数和标准差,采用Revman 5.2软件包进行Meta分析。[结果]共检索到国内外文献267篇,根据纳入和排除标准最终纳入6篇文献,涉及423例宫颈癌病人。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,在常规护理的基础上实施心理干预的宫颈癌病人SDS评分[SMD=-9.32,95%CI(-12.42,-6.23),Z=5.90,P<0.000 01]、SAS评分[SMD=-11.20,95%CI(-16.28,-6.11),Z=4.32,P<0.000 1]差异具有统计学意义。[结论]现有证据表明,对宫颈癌病人实施心理干预,可有效改善其焦虑、抑郁症状。Obj ective ： 丁o systematic review the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with cervical cancer. Methods ： The average score and standard deviation of Zung Anxiety Self - Rating Scale （SDS） and S e l f -Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were extracted by searching ISI Web of Knowledge,EBSCO , CNKI ,Wanfang, and VIP database. The meta analysis was performed by using the Rev- man 5. 2 software. Result s ： A total of 267 Chinese and international literatures were retrieved. According to the inclusion and exclusion cr i te r ia ,a total of 6 articles were included, involving 423 cases of cervical cancer pat ients. The results of meta - analysis showed th a t, compared with the control g ro u p , there was statistically significant difference in the SDS score[SMD= - 9. 32,95 % C/（ - 1 2. 42 , - 6. 23） , Z = 5. 90 , P〈0. 000 01 ] and SAS score [SMD=11. 20,95% C/（ -16. 28 , - 6. 11） ,Z =4. 32 ,P〈0. 000 1] of the cervical cancer patients with psycholog-ical intervention. Concl usi ons： The existing evidences showed that psychological intervention could effectively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of cervical cancer pat ients.
