腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤患者的效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月收治的巨大子宫肌瘤患者80例,随机均分为对照组和试验组。对照组行开腹全子宫切除术,试验组行腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术,比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间和住院时间。结果试验组术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间和住院时间较对照组更少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤患者的效果显著,具有很高临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for the treatment of large uterine fibroids. Methods 80 cases of giant uterine leiomyoma were selected from March 2014 to March 2016 , and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with open hysterectomy, the experimental group was treated by laparoscopic assisted va-ginal hysterectomy. The amount of bleeding, operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Re-sults Patients in the experimental group the amount of bleeding, operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time was less than the control group, the two groups have statistical significance compared to data difference （P 〈 0 .0 5 ） . Conclusion The effect of hysterectomy in the treat-ment of large uterine fibroids laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy significantly, has very high clinical value.
