摘 要:本文针对某整车除霜系统前挡风玻璃和后视镜除霜覆盖率不足和出风量分配不合理等问题,主要从除霜风口位置和风道内流场两方面设计优化除霜系统。经过优化,除霜除雾性能优于国家标准的要求,且侧窗的除霜性能也得到了明显的改善和提高。最后用暗仓热成像实验和环模实验验证了新方案的可行性。The problems of in sufficient coverage rate of the front windshield and rearview mirror of a vehicle defrosting of the out-blowing have been discussed. In the present study, the defrosting tuyere position and the flow field in the duct of the defrosting system have been mainly optimal designed. After optimization, the defrosting performance is better than the requirement of the national standard, and the defrosting performance of side window is also improved obviously. At last, the feasibility o f the new scheme has been verified by the dark chamber thermal imaging experiment and the environment simulation experiment.
