摘　　要：为了在电力体制改革以及产业转型升级的新形势下,做好高压大用户的接入管理工作,分析了湖北电网110kV及以上高压大用户的接入管理存在的相关问题。结合面临的新形势和存在的问题,从技术和管理两个层面提出了110kV及以上高压大用户的接入管理优化策略,确保大用户接入工作的高效开展,实现大用户和电网企业的双赢。Under the new situation of electric power system reformation and the transformation and upgrading industrial system, the existing access managemen problems of 110 kV and above large users connected to Hubei power grid are analyzed. Combined with the new situation and the existing problems, the optimizing strategies of 110 kV and above large users access to Hubei power grid are proposed from the aspects of technology and management, to ensure the efficient development of large user access, to achieve a win-win situation for large users and power grid enterprises.
