摘　　要：结合华中电网调试操作经验,将调试操作票的操作指令按功能进行模块划分,逐一研究各模块成票机理;依据《华中电网状态令术语规范》定义描述电网各类设备元件状态的数据结构(状态表单),并用于记录和流转设备状态信息;根据调试带电路径特征,编制了基于电网拓扑的链式推理成票规则及防误规则。通过对调试操作票成票过程的模块化、数据化和流程化处理,设计和开发了华中电网调试操作票智能成票系统,提高了华中电网调试操作效率与安全性。Based on central China power grid debugging operation experience, debugging operation tickets are devided into different modules according to function in this paper,and generating mechanism of the different modules are researched. According to ＂specification of state operation＂, the data structure of the power grid equipment state is defined, which is used to record and transfer equipment state information. According to the characteristics of the debugging charged path, the error protected rule and the chain-reason rule that based on the power grid network topology are compiled.Through the modularization, digital and streamline processing, the central China power grid intelligencedebugging operation ticket system is designed in this paper, which has improved the efficiency and security of the central China power grid debug.
