摘  要:"双一流"建设是国家在高等教育领域做出的重大战略决策,其建设原则之一是"坚持绩效为杠杆"。专业学院作为高校办学主体,其办学绩效是高校办学水平的重要体现。因此,在推进"双一流"建设的过程中,探索、构建并逐步形成适合高校实际、有利于推进工作的专业学院年度工作绩效考核体系很有价值且十分重要。文章以兰州大学为例,通过深入分析专业学院实施绩效管理对"双一流"建设发挥的重要作用,从绩效管理指标体系的设计原则、基本框架、考核方法、考核机制、考核结果及应用、效果评估等方面详细论述了"双一流"战略视野下大学专业学院实施绩效管理的实践与探索。" Double Top" construction is an important and strategic decision in the field of higher educa-tion, which regards " insisting the performance as leverage" as its one of construction principles. Mean-while ,the university performance is also an important embodiment of the level of universities administration. Therefore, exploring, building and forming a suitable performance appraisal system for the ac-tual work and promoting the year work is very valuable and important in the process of promoting the construc-tion of " Double Top" . Taking Lanzhou University as an example, through the in - depth analysis of profes-sional colleges to implement performance management of the " double top" construction, the paper discusses the practice and exploration of the performance management research of professional colleges in Universities from the vision of " Double Top" Strategy based on the following analysis, such as the design principle, the basic framework and assessment methods, assessment mechanism, the assessment results, application and effect evaluation of index system in the performance management.
