川党参中铁元素含量的测定

摘　　要：在p H=4.2的乙酸——乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,盐酸羟胺将铁离子还原成亚铁离子,亚铁离子与邻菲啰啉作用生成橙红色配合物,用分光光度法在510nm处测其吸光度,计算川党参中铁元素的含量。铁标准曲线方程为:Y=0.1997x+0.002,线性相关系数r=0.9997。测定川党参中铁元素含量为51.745ug/g。此试验方法操作简便,结果准确,实验结果可以为研究中药食补提供科学的依据。In acetic acid ammonium acetate buffer solution pH=4.2, hydroxylamine hydrochloride reduces ferric ions into ferrous ions,the effect of ferrous ions and phenanthroline complexes generates orange red,spectrophotometry measuring the absorbance at 510nm,then calculate the content of Codonopsis tangshen iron.The iron standard curve equation is： Y=0.1997x＋0. 002,linear correlation coefficient r=0.9997.Determination of iron content in Codonopsis tangshen 51.745ug/ g.This test method is simpland accurate and the experimental results can provide scientific basis for the study of traditional Chinese medicine tonic.
