摘 要:通过对电场强度和电容的计算和分析 ,提出提高转筒型电选机分选空间里电场强度及改善分选效果的方法。结果表明采用半径大的偏转电极可以提高分选区的电场强度。偏转电极面向接地电极的表面积大、距离近 ,偏转电极对接地转筒电极的包角大 ,都有利于提高电极系统的电容和提高分选空间的电场强度。对要求非导体颗粒尽量除尽的情况 ,在极角为 -3 0°到+The effective ways for increasing electric field strength, i e separating effects, of rotary cylindrical electrostatic separator are advanced by calculation of electric field strength and capacitance The result shows that the electric field strength of rotary cylindrical electrostatic separator can be raised by using great-radius deflective electrode, reducing the distance between deflective electrode and grounding electrode, and increasing of deflective electrode surface area towards cylindrical electrode and wrap angle of deflective electrode to grounding electrode It is beneficial for separation to set an great radius assistant electrode nearby upper coronary electrode and to fix deflector electrode at azimuth of polar angle -30°to +10°,while the non conductive particles are required to remove completely
