摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析和探讨了Shell干煤粉气化工艺、WHG煤粉加压气化工艺、某新型粉煤气化工艺以及多元料桨气化工艺的装置设备布置方案,总结气化工艺设备布置的主要特点,以期对后续设计和生产改造在满足设计规范、扩大生产规模、节约占地、减少项目投资等方面起到指导意义。Combined with the engineering examples,this paper analyzes and discusses the equipment layout of Shell coal gasification process,WHG coal gasification process,a new coal gasification process and multi-element slurry gasification process.It has also summarizes the main features of gasification process and equipment layout,hoping to provide guidance to the subsequent design,production and transformation in terms of meeting the design specifications,expanding the scale of production,saving industrial land and reducing project investment.
