摘　　要：重庆荣昌"国家麻竹生物产业基地"是我国第1个竹类生物产业基地,也是重庆市第1个国家林业生物产业基地,大力发展麻竹生物产业,对荣昌区域经济发展和城市竞争力提高具有重要意义。文章在系统调研麻竹生物产业基地发展现状的基础上,从麻竹产业分类、基地建设的功能以及生物产业发展的目标、措施、技术支撑和动力等方面详细分析了荣昌发展麻竹生物产业的优势与劣势,提出了促进"国家麻竹生物产业基地"建设的具体建议,包括:科学制定发展思路,加快发展麻竹二、三产业,重视科技创新与成果转化,注重专业人才培养,加强政策扶持,建立多元化的投资体系等。National Biological Industry Base of Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro established in Rongchang,Chongqi,is the first biological industry base for bamboo,and also the first national forestry biological industry base in Chongqing.The facilitation of D. latiflorus biological industry is of great significance for economic development and city competitiveness improvement of Rongchang. The paper analyzed in detail the advantages and disadvantages of Rongchang to develop D. latiflorus biological industry in terms of industry classification, the function of base establishment as well as the objectives,measures,technical supports and momentum of biological industry development on the basis of the systematical investigation on the current condition of D. latiflorus biological industry base. Specific suggestions were proposed to promote the development of the base,including the identification of development thoughts in science-based way,promotion of the development of secondary and tertiary industry with the plant,more attention to sci-tech innovation and results transformation,focus on the cultivation of professionals,more policy supports and establishment of diversified investment schemes.
