基于AHP的既有建筑改造方案评价方法研究

摘　　要：既有建筑改造是当前建筑业重要的课题之一,集经济、技术和使用体验等多目标为一体的既有建筑综合改造是建筑改造的难题。针对我国既有建筑改造现状和特点,在总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,构建既有办公建筑改造方案综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对既有建筑改造方案进行综合评价,并结合实际案例进行验证。研究结果表明,该评价体系具有良好的可靠性,能够为既有建筑,特别是公共办公建筑综合改造方案评价提供参考。Existing building renovation is one of the important topics in the current construction industry, the existing building comprehensive renovation Integrated by economic, technical , using experience, etc. , is a difficult problem in this area. In this paper, based on the current status and characteristics of existing buildings in our country, and the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad, by using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） , a comprehensive evaluation index system of existing office building renovation program was constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation of a real existing building renovation program was carried out. The research results show that the evaluation system has good reliability and can provide valuable reference for the evaluation of existing buildings, especially for the comprehensive reconstruction scheme of public office buildings.
