摘　　要：建设全球能源互联网,是实现全球清洁能源大规模开发与广域配置、推动世界能源变革的必由之路,其对于减少污染物和二氧化碳排放、以清洁和绿色方式满足全球电力需求、改变人类文明发展方式具有重要意义。基于智能电网、特高压、清洁能源的实质,介绍了全球能源互联网的基本概念、总体布局和发展阶段,以及欧洲—非洲、亚洲—欧洲等世界主要洲际互联电网的发展实践与未来规划,并对具有互联潜力的洲际电网进行了展望。总结了特高压输电技术、广义储能技术、高级量测体系等全球能源互联网关键技术的应用现状与发展趋势,对全球能源互联网的电网广域运行决策分析、各参与主体利益的规划和运行决策理论、"清洁替代"与"电能替代"等热点问题进行了探讨和展望。Constructing global energy internet （ GEI） is the only way to realize the large - scale development and wide area configuration of global clean energy and to promote the world5 s energy revolution. It is of great significance in reducing pollutants and carbon dioxide emissions, meeting global electricity demands in clean and green manner, and changing the way of development of human civilization. Based on the essential nature of the smart grid, ultra high voltage and clean energy, the basic concepts, overall layout ,and the development stage of global energy internet,and development practice and future planning of the worlds major intercontinental grid interconnection are introduced, such as European - Africa, Asia - Europe, etc. ,and the intercontinental power grids with interconnecting potential are prospected. The current application status and development trend of the key technologies including ultra high voltage transmission technology, the generalized energy storage technology and advanced measurement system of global energy internet are summarized. The hot spots such as analysis of the wide area operation in the research of global energy internet, theory of planning and operation of the interests of the participating subjects,＂ Clean substitution＂ and ＂ electric energy substitution＂ are discussed and prospected.
