摘  要:福岛事故后,核电厂在地震条件下的安全性引起了广泛关注。为提升核电厂抗震防护能力,在CAP1400国核示范工程中增设了地震自动停堆系统。采用系统工程理论,从核电厂地震自动停堆系统的需求分析、要求分析、系统设计和设计验证等方面进行了详细介绍。该系统具有高可靠性,能够最大限度降低误触发和拒触发的可能性,无论对新建核电厂,还是在役核电厂,均具有较强的推广价值和应用前景。该设计方法对核电厂仪控系统的设计也具有一定的借鉴意义。The safety of NPP under earthquake has been paid extensive attention since Fukushima nuclear accident. Therefore, earthquake scram system (ESS) is added to CAP1400 State Nuclear Power Demonstration Project. The design of ESS is detailed introduced based on system engineering theory, including need analysis, requirement analysis, system design and design verification of seismic automatic shutdown system of nuclear power plant. The ESS design fills the blank of domestic self - designing,with high reliability, and it can minmizely reduce the possibility of mistake and rejeching frigger, having strong promoting value and applying prospect to both new constructed and in - service NPPs. The method could also provide a reference for designing NPP I&C systems.
