摘  要:针对当前控制器之间数据共享组态复杂、通信不可靠等问题,设计了一种基于UDP协议的数据共享方案。该方案需要组态工具和控制器固件程序相配合,组态工具负责配置控制器之间数据共享的逻辑,控制器固件程序负责解析组态软件下发的组态信息,以实现数据共享。源控制器负责采用UDP广播的方式将共享数据发送到网络上,接收控制器负责接收、解析数据。该方案具有组态简单、程序可实时修改的优势。A data sharing scheme using UDP protocol is designed, which is based on the problem that the data sharing configuration is complex and the communication is not reliable. This scheme requires the cooperation of configuration tool and controller firmware. The configuration tool is responsible for deploying the relation about data sharing logic,and the firmware program is responsible for parsing configuration software configuration information to realize data sharing. The source controller is responsible for transmitting the shared data to the network by UDP using broadcast mode, and the receiving controller is responsible for receiving and analyzing the data. The scheme has the advantages of simple configuration, and can be modified in real time.
