摘  要:压力差压变送器制造厂提供的参考精度指标与用户在生产现场实际应用时的整体性能误差存在差距,通过研究分析找出了量程比、温度、静压是造成这一差距的主要原因。针对上述原因列出了各变送器制造厂家提供的计算数据或公式,给出了压力差压变送器整体性能误差的计算公式。静压条件可能无法改变,但量程比可以通过正确设计选型来降低其影响。建议用户确定变送器量程时,尽量选择小的量程比和环境温度变化较小的场所安装变送器。The index of reference accuracy provided by the manufactures of pressure and differential pressure transmitters is different from the total probable error in practical application at users ’ productive site, through researching and analyzing, the main reasons causing such difference are found, they are turndown ratio, temperature and static pressure. According to above reasons, the calculation data or formulas provided by each manufacturer are listed, and the calculation formula of the total probable error of the pressure and differential pressure transmitter are given. The condition of static pressure may not be changed, while the influence of turndown ratio might be reduced through correct design and model selection. It is recommended that when the range of transmitters is determined, smaller turndown ratio and the installation site with smaller temperature variation shall be selected.
